Terms of Service
Effective August 9, 2026
Myrtle365 (“Myrtle365,” “we,” “us”) is a live-entertainment discovery platform for the Myrtle Beach / Grand Strand area. By creating an account or using myrtle365.com, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login credentials secure — you’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to list a venue, take bookings, or receive payouts.
Listings and content you post
Talent and venue accounts can publish profiles, show listings, photos, and clips. You keep ownership of what you upload, and you grant Myrtle365 a non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote it on the platform. Only post content you have the right to share. Photos and clips that fanspost to an act’s or venue’s page work differently — see the next section.
We may review, decline, or remove content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading (including show listings you aren’t authorized to post), or harmful to other users, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly break these rules.
Fan photos and clips (“From the crowd”)
When you drop a photo or clip on an act’s or venue’s page, you keep ownership of it. You grant Myrtle365 and that act or venue a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display, and share it to promote that act or venue and Myrtle365 — on this site and on their own channels, including social media, printed materials, and paid promotion of their own shows. That license includes keeping a copy of the file.
What it does not include: we will not sell your photo or clip, and we will not license it to unrelated third parties. It is for promoting the act or venue you chose to post it to.
Your post appears publicly only after that act or venue approves it, and it is credited with your first name and last initial (for example, “Mark B.”) unless you have no name set on your profile.
By posting, you confirm that you took the photo or clip (or otherwise have the right to share it) and that anyone recognizable in it is fine with it appearing publicly. Don’t post someone else’s work, and don’t post a person who has asked you not to.
You can ask us to take your post down at any time through the contact form, and we will remove it from Myrtle365. Be aware of the limit of that: once an act or venue has saved or reposted something under the license above, copies that already exist elsewhere are outside our control and we can’t recall them. The act or venue can also retire your post from their page at any time, and we may remove posts as pages are managed over time.
Show information
Show details — dates, times, prices, lineups — come from venues, talent, and public sources, and can change without notice. Always confirm with the venue before you go. Myrtle365 isn’t the seller of tickets and isn’t responsible for events run by third parties.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features (talent and venue tiers) are paid subscriptions billed through Stripe. Prices and trial periods are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime from your billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the platform: no scraping at scale, no impersonating other people or acts, no spam or unsolicited promotion through messages, and no attempts to probe or disrupt the service.
Disclaimers and liability
Myrtle365 is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the platform evolves; material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use after a change means you accept it. You can close your account at any time, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
