Privacy Policy

Effective August 9, 2026

This policy explains what Myrtle365 collects when you use myrtle365.com, how it’s used, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account details — email address, display name, and optional profile photo when you sign up; act or venue details if you create a listing.

Optional details you choose to share — your birthday (year not required), ZIP code, sex, whether you live here or are visiting (and when your stay ends), and the music you like. Every one of these can be left blank or cleared later, and none of them appears on your public profile. We ask for a ZIP rather than a street address on purpose.

Activity on the platform — the artists and venues you follow, shows you RSVP to or check in at, messages you send through the site, and content you upload (photos, clips, EPK media).

Payment information — handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Card numbers never touch our servers; we store only your subscription status and billing history references.

Technical basics— logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in and keep the service secure. We don’t run third-party advertising trackers.

How you found us— when you arrive from one of our own links, flyers, or QR codes, we note which one brought you, so we know what’s working.

How we use it

To run the platform: showing you relevant shows, connecting talent with venues, delivering messages and notifications you’ve asked for, processing subscriptions, and keeping the service safe. We don’t sell your personal information.

Counts, not names. The optional details above also help us tell acts, venues, and partners what a crowd looks like as a group — how many people came, roughly where they travelled from, what they like. Those reports are aggregate only: your ZIP, sex, and birthday are never shown next to your name, and we don’t hand your individual answers to a venue or a sponsor.

What's public

Talent and venue profiles, show listings, and media posted to public pages are visible to anyone. Your fan account’s email address, and the optional details you share on your profile, are never shown publicly.

Two things you do are shared by design, and the app says so where you do them. Adding a friend to your crew lets them see the shows you’re going to. And when you RSVP to a show or check in at one, your first name and profile photo appear on the guest list that the act and the venue running that show can see — that’s the point of RSVPing, but it’s worth knowing. Cancel the RSVP and you come off the list.

A photo or clip you drop on an act’s or venue’s page is a third. Once they approve it, it’s public, credited with your first name and last initial, and they may also share it on their own social channels to promote their shows — so treat it as leaving Myrtle365, not just appearing on it. You can ask us to take it down any time; see the Terms for what that can and can’t undo.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the platform for us — hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), payments (Stripe), media processing (Cloudflare Stream), and email delivery — each only receiving what they need. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Email, texts, and messages

We send transactional email (confirmations, receipts, security notices) and, if you opt in, updates about shows and acts you follow. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time.

If you add a phone number for security alerts, we store it and text you only about sign-in and account-security events — never marketing. Remove the number from your security settings to stop the texts.

Your choices

You can edit your profile and notification settings from your account page, and delete content you’ve posted. To close your account or request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us and we’ll handle it within 30 days.

Children

Myrtle365 isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we’ll remove it.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially, we’ll announce it on the site before it takes effect. Questions or requests: the contact form or info@myrtle365.com. See also our Terms of Service.
